Follow-Up to Press Conference

Hello Neighbor,

First, I would like to thank those from the Edgemere community and other civics for joining the press conference on July 6th. I would also like to thank our Public Advocate Jumaane Williams, Assemblymember Khaleel Anderson, Assemblymember Stacey Phefer-Amato, Sonja Weber-Bey from Senator Sanders office and Joseph Edward from Congressman Gregory Meeks office. The civic is grateful that we have the support from all local elected officials in regaining access to the beach. As of now, we don't coexist with the birds, they are existing and we are not. To coexist means to be at the same place at the same time. Beach access is what's needed and required for the residents of the Edgemere community. THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING, MORE TO COME!
