Trauma Center

As you may or may not know, Councilwoman/ Majority Whip Selvena Brooks-Powers is preparing to bring a trauma center to Far Rockaway. The link below is a very important survey which will later decide if Far Rockaway will receive a Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center. Please take some time to fill it out and forward to those who may be interested. Attached is a written version of the survey for those who find it easier to fill out and forward back to this email.
