ECCA's Meeting on May 1st Recap!!

Monday's meeting was great! Our Councilmember gave updates about her office and what she has next on the horizons for District 31. We also had Renee Hastick-Motes from St. John's Episcopal Hospital and her team which consisted of Dr. Marecheau, Chief of OB who discussed her role and DOULA services, Stanley Byrd Chief of DIE and others gave very helpful information and will return in the future to provide more information.

*If you're facing any issues, i.e., abandoned vehicles, sanitation, illegal parking, etc., please fill out a 311 ticket and forward it to the civic or visit the website and email it to Councilmember Brooks-Powers (all information to local elected officials and other offices and departments are located on our website). We've been working with her office closely to not make Edgemere an eyesore that it has been over the years. Not sure if you've noticed but a lot of the empty lots have been cleaned, more litter baskets placed, and abandoned cars removed. We understand that there's more work to be done but we need the assistance of everyone in the community. Again, visit the website for up-to-date information and follow us on social media by following, liking and sharing our posts.

**We are still on a mission to regain access to the Beach. So if you haven't signed, please click on the link: Birds Over People and be sure to share with others.
