ECCA's Press Conference

ECCA will be holding a press conference about the residents of Edgemere not having access to the beach. Many aren't aware that we can't go past the boardwalk and are not allowed to put our feet in the sand nor go for a swim due to the bird sanctuary. Can you imagine having access to the actual beach and what it can do for our community? Not only will it improve our mental health but it'll improve our economic status. Businesses will be more inclined to invest in Edgemere, we would have concession stands on the boardwalk, NYC Parks will be forced to give us a comfort station and so much more. We're the forgotten community and it's time that we be put on the map. Pls join us as we fight for beach equality, environmental equality, economic equality, mental health equality, etc. Pls share as ALL are invited!
