Trauma Center Survey Updates

Thanks to everyone for continuing to spread the survey in the community. We are excited to share a Spanish-language version of the survey as well.

So far, we have collected hundreds of responses to the survey, but we're still short of our goal of 500 - please continue pushing out the link wherever possible! We will collect responses through March 10th.
